Propriétaire d’un local inutilisé dans la commune de Cocody (Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire), le porteur du projet a eu connaissance de nos services par une connaissance.
Son besoin principal était de savoir dans un premier temps, quelle utilité pouvait avoir ce local et comment y mener une activité rentable ?

Le principe du projet était de proposer des idées d’activités susceptibles d’être exercées dans un local situé dans une commune d’Abidjan. Une visite du site du projet était donc nécessaire pour mieux percevoir les opportunités et menaces liées aux activités commerciales dans l’environnement immédiat dudit local.
Après la visite des lieux, une enquête de proximité auprès des résidents de la zone de chalandise a été effectuée. Plusieurs propositions d’activité développées par notre équipe ont découlé de cette enquête. Après quelques échanges, l’idée d’un point de restauration de type « café-crêperie » a été validé par le porteur du projet.
Une proposition d’aménagement intérieur du point de restauration a été mise forme par un architecte, sur la base de relevés du local. Le rendu de l’étude a été ponctué par des conseils sur les démarches administratives, juridique et de recherche de personnel qualifié.
