Le porteur de projet, résidant dans un pays européen, a épargné non sans effort près de 100 000 euros afin de de faire construire une maison dans sa ville au Bénin.
Possédant déjà un terrain mais étant dans l’impossibilité d’être présent pendant la durée des travaux, il était à la recherche d’un intermédiaire de confiance pour démarrer, conduire et suivre les travaux jusqu’à leur terme.

Nous avons proposé au porteur de projet d’une part de l’assister dans toutes les démarches administratives liées au projet et d’autre part de réunir les conditions nécessaires à la construction de sa future maison. Le point fort étant que nous nous portons garant des artisans que nous sélectionnons pour les travaux. Il s’agit de mission longue dans le temps. Ce type de projet nécessite une convention d’accompagnement qui nous engage jusqu’à la fin du projet selon des modalités convenues avec le porteur de projet.
Les principales missions de ce projet ont été la rédaction du cahier des charges, la demande de permis de construire, la consultation et la sélection des entrepreneurs et/ou artisans et la présence constante de nos intermédiaires sur le chantier.
Le porteur de projet a été fier annoncer qu’il est propriétaire d’une maison, qui a été livrée selon ses souhaits et surtout sans surprise.
