Le besoin de la porteuse de projet était simple : avoir toutes les informations sur le secteur des produits de beauté au Bénin. Vivant en Belgique (Europe), elle avait le projet d’installer un commerce de produits de beautés importés de son pays de résidence. Les informations et conseils qu’elle recevait de ses proches sur les produits qu’elles devraient vendre étaient souvent contradictoires. Informée par un ami par nos services, elle a contacté notre agence par téléphone pour présenter ses problématiques.

Notre équipe a réalisé une étude dans la ville de Cotonou (Bénin) pour connaître la perception des consommateurs sur ce secteur très concurrentiel. Afin de mener une étude qualitative et concrète, notre équipe a défini des actions collectives et individuelles sur le terrain auprès d’un panel de consommateurs très hétérogène.Une action a été menée dans un quartier commercial de la ville pour une étude comportementale des clients au rayon beauté des concurrents existants.
Les objectifs de l’étude :
- Identifier les différents points de vente de produits de beauté
- Identifier la clientèle fréquentant les magasins de produits de beauté
- Connaître leur comportement d’achat face aux produits (parfum,maquillage,manucure etc masculin,féminin)
- Déterminer les forces et les faiblesses des vendeurs existants
- Établir une segmentation de la clientèle
- Détermination des cibles à privilégier, les attentes des consommateurs et le positionnement des concurrents
- Définition de la stratégie opérationnelle à mener pour assurer la croissance des ventes du produit : prix, politique de produit et de communication.
