La porteuse de projet,a eu l’idée de proposer un service d’organisation d’événements réservé aux femmes. Ayant constaté qu’aucune structure ne proposait ce type de service au Bénin, elle a souhaité que notre équipe réalise une étude de faisabilité et surtout propose un concept innovant d’agence d’organisation d’événements.

Suite à quelques échanges avec la porteuse de projet, il a été décidé de présenter l’organisation que pourrait prendre ce service et d’en présenter son organisation et ses principaux facteurs de succès.
Le concept, dénommé VM Services, propose à toutes les jeunes filles et femmes modernes l’organisation événements inoubliables et la vente à domicile de produits de beauté. Les ventes à domicile permettant une mise en relation directe avec une clientèle potentiellement intéressée par un service d’organisation d’événements liés aux différentes étapes de la vie d’une femme.
Notre équipe a intégré dans le rapport final :
- Une présentation détaillée du concept et de sa valeur ajoutée
- Des propositions de noms et slogans du service
- Des propositions de logos
- Une présentation de l’offre de produits et services
