Résidente en France, la porteuse de projet a contacté notre équipe pour la prise en charge de son neveu, élève dans un internat dans la ville d’Abidjan en Côte d’Ivoire. La personne de la famille chargée de cette tâche étant indisponible, l’organisation du séjour de l’enfant à l’extérieur de l’internat devait être confiée à une personne de confiance.
Il s’agissait, pendant la période des vacances scolaires de s’occuper des formalités administratives, de prendre en charge l’enfant à la sortie de l’internat, le conduire chez ses grands-parents afin qu’il puisse y passer ses vacances et le ramener à l’internat.

Le service Assistance a été proposé.
Une liste des tâches à effectuer a été établi avec la porteuse de projet et un chargé de projet a été assigné.
Les démarches administratives nécessaires ont été faites afin de pouvoir agir par procuration auprès de l’internat.
L’enfant a été récupéré, hébergé quelques jours sur Abidjan le temps de réaliser des achats et des consultations médicales, avant d’être accompagné par autocar dans le lieu de résidence des grands-parents.
À la fin des vacances scolaires, le retour de l’enfant vers l’internat a été organisé dans les mêmes conditions.
Des images de l’enfant ont été envoyées à la porteuse du projet tout au long de la mission d’assistance.
