Plusieurs porteurs de projets , pour lesquels nous avons accompagné la finition de travaux, nous ont confié de jamais avoir eu l’occasion de voir leur maison finie malgré des millions de Francs CFA investis. Les principaux problèmes dans la construction de maisons individuelles viennent du fait du manque d’étude technique en amont de la construction et du non respect des règles d’architecture. Par souci d’économie, les chantiers souvent confié à un maçon ou à des personnes se désignant ingénieur de travaux. D’autres problématiques proviennent du manque de preuve juridique lors de l’achat du terrain ou de l’obtention du permis de construire.

Nous vous conseillons, quelque soit votre budget et avant l’achat du terrain, de prendre le temps de consulter plusieurs architectes afin de mieux appréhender votre projet et vous donner toutes les chances de réussite.
