Le porteur de projet a été intéressé par la présentation de l’idée d’implantation d’une laverie publiée sur le site internet de KODJI AGENCY, ainsi que par l’envie de réaliser un projet concret au Bénin en proposant un service moderne.
Le but du porteur de projet est de réaliser l’étude de faisabilité d’implantation de la laverie automatique dans la ville de Cotonou.

Il s’agissait de présenter la faisabilité administrative, commerciale, technique et financière ainsi que la stratégie de commercialisation dans le cadre de la concrétisation du projet.
Le but de cette étude faisabilité était de permettre d’évaluer la viabilité du projet et d’en déterminer ses principaux facteurs de succès.

L’objectif final était d’informer et faciliter la décision du porteur de projet à investir dans ce projet.
